The Organoid Society invites all the researchers in the field of Organoids to submit abstracts for poster presentation.
Abstracts describing new research advances in the various fields of organoid researches as well as ethical and regulatory issues are warmly welcomed.
Please note that the deadline for abstract submission is October 9(Wen.), 2024
All abstracts must be submitted online via our website using the online submission form.
You will complete the registration, by clicking "Submit abstract."

Please make sure your abstract is on time and in the right format by following the abstract guidelines.

Guidelines
  1. Advertisement of a commercial product or service is not permitted.
  2. Abstract Acceptance and Poster Submission Guidelines

    Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are required to submit a poster.
    If you wish to make an oral presentation in addition to the poster, please indicate your preference by selecting the oral presentation option when submitting your abstract.
    (*Oral presentations will be conducted during Day 1, Session 1.)
  3. Since titles are limited to 250 word,
    please keep your title concise and informative and only use capital letters for the beginning of a sentence or an acronym/name.
    DO NOT USE CAPITAL LETTERS FOR YOUR ENTIRE TITLE.
  4. List all the contributing authors' name in full, and indicate the presenting author.
    Please note the email address supplied when you submit your abstract will be used for all correspondence pertaining to the abstract.
  5. Addresses should be provided in the following format: Department, Institute, Organization, and Country
  6. Your abstract is limited to 1500 Byte and should be submitted in English.
  7. Your abstract will appear in print as submitted. Please ensure that you check your data carefully before submitting as changes or additions will not be permitted after the Call for Abstract The acceptance letter will be mailed to the presenting authors, no later than September 30(Mon.), 2024

  8. Poster Submission Guidelines
    - This annual conference will be held by printing and attaching posters.
    - You must prepare poster printing yourself.
    - Poster printing size is 900*1,300mm.
    - You can prepare the poster material in any convenient way, such as paper or cloth.
