Organoids and organ-on-chip or microphysiological systems have ushered in new opportunities for recapitulating human organ development and tissue morphogenesis, for modelling disease and drug screening and personalized medicine. Challenges, however, still remain that hamper real-life applications such as limited maturation and atypical physiology.

The Bio Fusion Seminar 2022 convenes the foremost scientists of organoids and organ-on-chip to share insight and shape the field and put forth future agendas. The Seminar will provide a platform to engage in forward-looking discussion on the current issues and solutions relating to organoids and organ-on-chip technologies.
